- We are a leading Immigration Law Firm in Sydney CBD providing our clients with Education, Migration and Careers services.

To meet the criteria of this role you will demonstrate:

- Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience in an admin/customer service role within Migration Field.
- Experience in outbound calling
- Good communication and customer relationship skills
- Attention to detail, paperwork and documentation
- High accuracy with data entry
- Well organized, good time management skills and efficient

Your tasks will include
- Handling new immigration related inquiries and setting appointments.
- Client follow-ups
- Maintaining client records
- Other General Admin duties as required

Excellent time management skills together with a can do attitude and the ability to work as part of a team are all attributes we consider necessary to be a success in this position.
