We are looking for a team player and a can-do attitude, with experience in the customer service industry, to join our Dynamic Team at BSC Welshpool.

**Being the first point of contact** for the branch and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, as well as managing sales processes from beginning to end.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Provide **counter sales and assistance.
- **Assisting** with general branch support and administration.

.* This position will be reporting to the Branch Manager.

**Experience**:

- **Minimum** 6 months to a year **proven sales experience** within a similar role experience.
- **Computer literate** at an intermediate level.
- **Professional **phone manner.
- Experience in bearings, power transmissions or a mechanical aptitude (**desirable).**:

- **Ability to work independently** and as a part of a team.
- **Willingness **to work as part of a team and go the extra mile to help achieve business targets.
