We are currently seeking Aged Care Support Workers and Disability Support Workers who are passionate, caring, and ready to provide ongoing support to our clients. You will be part of a team servicing Greater Brisbane, North Brisbane and Redcliffe Peninsula. To be successful in this role, you will have an eye for detail and be dedicated to providing the highest standard of service for our clients.

**The role involves assisting clients with**:

- Activities of daily living
- Personal Care
- Meal Preparation
- General Domestic Cleaning
- Community Participation - attending groups, grocery shopping, and being a part of the community.
- Attending Appointments - GP, dental, psychiatrist, psychologist, hospital etc.
- Current Blue Card
- Current NDIS workers clearance (Yellow card) - not applicable for Aged Care
- Current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid/ CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain before starting)
- Certificate III or equivalent in individual support, disability support, or aged care preferred
- Experience with Aged Care and/or NDIS participants highly desirable

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high quality and timely support to clients.
- Document service activities that support service outcomes.
- Assist clients in carrying out all self-care tasks as required.
- Provide transport for shopping, medical, and social appointments.
- Providing services in culturally appropriate manner.
- Ensure relevant food handling regulations are adhered to and Work Health and Safety (WH&S) standards are met when providing meal preparation services.

**Salary**: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour (Renumeration depends on experience)

- Km's travelled with your client
