**General Information**:

- Job Title: Disability Support Worker
- Location: North Lakes and surrounding areas
- Pay range: $25 - $32
- Other Compensation: Training and Support provided.
- Employee Type: Casual

**Requirements**:

- Experience with **Mental Health** and **Behaviour** Management Preferred**.
- Available for **Sleepovers**.
- Willing to drive around (at least 30km).
- Compassionate and patient nature with a genuine desire to make a difference.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or equivalent qualification.
- Own personal/reliable vehicle.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work flexible hours on a roster system (including weekends, late nights, overnight, and early morning).
- Evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia.
- Physically and mentally capable.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist participants with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support participants in accessing community services, social activities, and recreational programs.
- Respite Care.
- Transport participants to medical and community appointments.
