**About the Role**

As a Disability Support Worker, you will assist individuals with mental health conditions or physical disabilities within the community. Your role is crucial in enhancing their quality of life through practical assistance and emotional support, whether at home, in clinics, hospitals, or within the community.

**Requirements**:

- Reliable vehicle and a valid Driver's License
- Comprehensive car insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (to be obtained within the first 6 months)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Police Check, NDIS Yellow Card, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
