**The Role**

The Integration Solution Designer will configure and customise integration middleware, APIs, and connectors to enable data exchange between diverse systems. They should be able to identify and address potential bottlenecks, performance issues, and data conflicts during the integration process. They will define data mapping and transformation rules to ensure data consistency and accuracy while moving information between different systems.
- Work closely with the security team to establish secure data exchange, authentication mechanisms, and standards to protect sensitive information. They should ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
- Involvement in planning and executing data migration activities to ensure smooth and accurate data transfer from legacy systems to the new ERP system.
- Work closely with ERP Program team, program stakeholder and vendors to ensure successful implementation of the ERP Program.
- Provide input and participate in governance forums.
- Participate in system integrator vendor selection processes.
- Collaborate with human centric design experts, solution architects, solution designers, developers, IT security specialists and other specialists and SMEs as necessary (including external vendors).

**Essential Skills**
- 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions for complex Finance and / or HR systems -ideally ERP-specific.
- Experience in managing integration projects, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, and delivery within specified timelines.
- Strong and broad exposure to integration middleware platforms and tools, such as AWS, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar solutions.
- Experience in large-scale Technology Change Programs through delivery and transition to business as-usual arrangements
- End-to-End ERP delivery experience/ Previous experience with implementing multiple ERP software suites is preferred (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP).
- ServiceNow experience
- Boomi experience or Similar
- Cloud (AWS preferred) and Microservices experience.

**Desirable Skills**
- ERP, University sector and Digital Transformation experience is preferred.
