**The Company**
An Australian household name and leader in the IT&T sector. Large enterprise environment with nationwide presence and very high visibility projects.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Lead and manage a team of development engineers from onshore and offshore across different partners.
- Owns and accountable for all delivery functions within the integration space.
- Directly involved in the development and delivery of Integration Solution Services under projects in accordance with the designs
- Resource planning, project delivery scheduling, and project status reporting
- Risk management
- Provide technical consultation and perform solution design review, and feedback.
- Ensure that all development artefacts are delivered using EAI architecture governance standard design, and development standard processes.
- Ensure all designs adhere to defined CS integration roadmap, all project artefacts in agreed locations as per processes.

**Skills**
- Commercial Cloud, AWS infrastructure or other cloud experience, and API Gateway experience.
- Spring WebFlux.
- NoSQL database experience.
- Security or PCI Compliance.
- Spring Framework, including Spring WebFlux, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring OAuth2, Spring AOP, and Spring Data are essential.
- Experiences with micro-services and docker are required
- Team leading experiences
- Familiar with Agile Methodologies and practices 11. Event Streaming and Messaging architecture and solutions.
- API Architecture and designs.
- Process based Integration designs.
