We have a fantastic opportunity for an Inbound Scheduler to join the team at our brand-new production facility in Hope Valley, Western Australia.

Reporting to the Site Leader, in this important role you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and completing inbound commodity (grain and non-grain) delivery schedules effectively, sourcing accurate information to optimise supply chain and production effectiveness in accordance with legislation, regulations, company policies, quality standards and customer specifications.

**Here's what you'll be doing**:

- Working collaboratively with the Production & Outbound Scheduler and external logistic providers to optimise delivery scheduling
- Working with your direct report, the Intake Coordinator, to set specific and measurable performance standards and support achievement of goals, while giving them latitude to make decisions in their own work
- Providing guidance and advice and coordinating training to support team member towards optimal success and growth
- Monitoring and activating actions to complete Chain of Responsibility requirements for inbound raw materials
- Undertaking scheduling activities in line with approved safety, hazards and hygiene practices and in accordance with Mauri and GWF standards
- Providing the Site Leader with progress updates, identifying and escalating issues and problems promptly to source effective solutions
- Understanding and optimising interfaces between different work areas
- Accurately interpreting and following operational procedures and specific instructions
- Completing records and documentation promptly, accurately and completely
- Continually seeking improvements to inbound scheduling activities

The core hours of the role are 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday, with some requirement for taking out of hours calls depending on delivery schedules. An earlier start and finish is possible, with flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week.
About You
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you can demonstrate quality experience in logistics including scheduling, backed up by a relevant warehousing, logistics or operational scheduling qualification (Cert IV or Diploma).
You will be skilled in promoting cooperation with other work units through effective, respectful and timely communication; and working with teams to produce optimal solutions, building relationships and supporting others to understand and adjust to change.

- Experience of effectively leading others, promoting collaboration and teamwork
- Analytical skills and a thorough but flexible approach to problem solving
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

- A safety-first attitude and a desire to contribute to a workplace that prioritises physical and mental wellbeing

Frontline management qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
