We're looking for someone who loves being on the phone — calling prospects, uncovering opportunities, and qualifying leads to hand over to our sales team. You'll be the first step in our sales process, and your work will directly drive our growth.

About the Role

Most of your day will be spent making outbound calls to architects, builders, and designers, introducing Mortlock Timber, and finding out about upcoming projects. You'll also qualify inbound enquiries, research prospects online, and work closely with our sales team to keep the pipeline moving.

If you're starting out in sales, this is the perfect role to learn fast. We provide full training, proven scripts, and great incentives that grow as you hit your targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Making high-volume outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Following up via phone calls and other channels.
  • Researching prospects using social media and industry directories.
  • Qualifying leads by gathering project details, budgets, and timelines.
  • Passing qualified leads to Project Consultants and scheduling meetings.
  • Responding to inbound enquiries from the website and qualifying .
  • Keeping accurate records in HubSpot.
  • Updating the sales team daily on lead activity and next steps.
