Appointment Setter

We’re seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. You’ll play a pivotal role in connecting with leads, nurturing relationships, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team. This role is designed with a clear progression path top performers will transition into a Digital Marketing Growth Specialists position, taking full ownership of the sales cycle and closing deals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Outbound Client Engagement**: Call and message prospects from our CRM to establish rapport, nurture relationships, and book appointments.
- **Follow Sales Scripts**: Confidently follow proven scripts and adapt conversations to each lead’s needs.
- **Appointment Management**: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments; ensure high show-up rates.
- **Inbound Lead Handling**: Respond to all inbound calls and leads, qualifying and booking them into appointments.
- **Facebook Group Outreach**: Engage with prospects in targeted Facebook groups, initiate conversations, and convert contacts into appointments.
- **Pipeline Management**: Keep CRM records updated, track all interactions, and maintain accurate notes.
- **Show Rate Maximisation**: Use reminders and follow-up strategies to ensure prospects attend booked calls.
- **Progression to Closer**: As you master the appointment setting process, you’ll begin handling full sales calls and closing deals.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Provide feedback on scripts, processes, and campaigns to help us get better every day.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales preferred (digital marketing industry a plus).
- Driven, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs, online communication tools, and social media platforms.
- Highly organized with great time management skills.
- Eager to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility (including closing sales).
- Able to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Pay: $46,460.00 - $105,212.17 per year
