**Your new role**
- Responsible for fully validating the situation and the impact, assigning the relevant urgency of all incidents, and executing the correct level of the Incident Management process with a sense of urgency.
- Willing to work on a shift cycle basis (including days, nights and public holidays) enabling 24x7 roaster to support the Banks push to maintain high service availability
- Ensure timely incident response, resolution, reporting and closure across the Group.
- Manage major incident records from resolution to closure, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Needs to communicate with internal teams and partner teams.
- Ability to facilitate post-incident review meetings and provide quality reporting and communications.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong experience in incident management
- Experience in IT Service Management and Reporting.
- Communicate incidents impact and status to the stakeholders and respective teams
- ITIL certification is a plus
- Strong communications skills
- Experience in ServiceNow is good to have
- Experience in financial/banking industry is a big plus
