What you'll do

  • Own and lead all major incidents - decisive, fast & calm under pressure
  • Keep stakeholders updated & informed every step of the way
  • Run bridges, coordinate teams & drive recovery efforts
  • Analyse root causes, create problem tickets & stop repeat issues
  • Lead post-incident reviews & embed best practice ITIL processes
  • Champion process improvements & innovation across ITSM
  • Build relationships across Service Desk, L2/L3, Infrastructure, Ops & Cyber

Who you are

  • 18 months+ focused on Major Incident & Problem Management
  • 3+ years in ITIL-aligned IT Service Delivery teams
  • Proven at leading bridges, influencing stakeholders & driving outcomes
  • Confident communicator with a knack for simplifying the complex
  • Naturally proactive, innovative, and relationship-driven
  • ITIL Foundation certification (preferred but not essential)
