**OUR CLIENT**
Established in 1963, our client is one of the founding members of the Australian Packaging & Processing Machinery Association. They offer their customers turn-key packaging solutions for most industries in Australia, including Food, Pharma, Chemical, packaging and more. Their suppliers are mostly European and North American companies who in their own right are industry leaders.

**YOUR ROLE**
Based out of their Central Western Sydney location, you will use your BDM skills to not only nurture the vast number of existing accounts built-up over the last decades, but also use your hunting, BDM skills to seek out new opportunities.

You will be able to shape your future on top of a solid foundation whilst undertaking the following key responsibilities:

- **Be responsible for the business unit**:

- **Lead the planning and market-segment penetration strategy**:

- **Provide expert technical advice to both existing and new clients**:

- **Ensure that promises made to clients are met with timely deliveries**:

- **Maintain the CRM system**

**IS THIS YOU?**
With a proven track record in NSW of selling into and growing sales territories, you use your independent & structured way of working to build strong working relationships. You are comfortable working flexible working hours which may involve differing time zones to support the operational requirements.

**Role Essentials Skills**:

- **Ability to see the bigger picture of selling a customer an expectation and then following through - critical in machine sales**:

- **Proven pipeline management**:

- **Ability to motivate people around them to 'go the extra mile'**

**Role Desirable Skills**:

- **Consumables sales experience**:

- **Ability and willingness to travel around the state and interstate**:

- **Coding or labelling industry experience**
