The Opportunity
In this role you will assist the Finance team with the smooth running of the Accounts Receivable function of the Company. This will include sales invoicing and debtor management, managing cash and credit card payments and keeping up to date records.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- End to end Accounts Receivable process, including sales invoicing/management of debtors
- Bank account reconciliations, reconciliation of debtor’s ledger and reporting
- Banking duties including processing and depositing cash and managing cheques
- Administration and recording of company credit cards and expense reimbursements
- Raising monthly purchase orders, reviewing and approving invoices, handle supplier queries

**To be considered for this role**:

- Previous recent experience within a similar role
- End to end Accounts Receivable and general clerical experience
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel) and experience with an Accounts Receivable system
- Time Management skills and able to self-manage daily, showing excellent attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Be able to deal with key internal and external stakeholders
