Due to rapid growth, an opportunity has become available for a **Customer Service Administrator **to join their team in Kemps Creek immediately. As a leader in Global Transport & Logistic solutions, you will play a key role in contributing to the teams success.

**Key Responsibilities;**
- Answering & processing telephone enquiries
- Order entry
- Liaising with customers & external companies
- Ensuring orders are entered correctly into the system
- Coordinating labels, documents & stock orders
- General administrative tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn new systems
- Proficient MS office
- Own transport
- Ability to work to set deadlines
- Great phone manner
- Full Australian Working rights

This is a newly created role who will suit someone who is organized & results-driven.

**Job Types**: Casual, Temp to perm

**Salary**: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
