**About the role**

MinRes is offering an opportunity for an Asset Administrator to provide a centralized service to the Asset Management Group, ensuring streamlined administration support to key stakeholders.

Working on an 8 days on / 6 days off roster you will be based at our new state of the art head office in Osborne Park.

**Key Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Senior Asset Administrator, you will be accountable for the processing, submitting and maintenance of, but not limited to:

- Site based AMG personnel timesheets
- Data entry for; asset movements, service meter units and tyre and rim metrics.
- roster maintenance
- purchase requisition and labour hire
- Warranty and claims

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar role in the mining industry
- Proficient with electronic ERP and database systems
- Strong MS office skills
- Self-motivated. able to work autonomously and provide direction to a small administration team
