Document Control Specialist

The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Document Control Specialist to support a world class airborne surveillance, communications and battle management system, the E-7A Wedgetail. This entry-level role will be based in Williamtown, NSW.
**Responsibilities**:
- Data entry using a Data Management System.
- Administration of library/technical data.
- Document and data registration, protection, release, distribution, handling and storage.
- Records management for traceability and accountability.
- Perform data transfers between data management systems.
- Assist project staff on the correct use of Data Management practices and in the use of Data Management tools.
- Assist in the development of procedures and processes.
- Effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience/Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within a related industry.
- Excellent computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with the use of a data management system is desirable.
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens and have the ability to obtain an Australian Government NV1 security clearance.
