**About the role at Reserve Bank of Australia**

You will provide analysis, monitoring, challenge and reporting in relation to the management of strategic and operational risks in the Information Technology Department. Contribute to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the risk management framework as it applies to technology risk and Information Technology Department, particularly line 2 risk management and control assurance activities, and confer with other operational risk managers across the Bank.

**Responsibilities**
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation - Identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize or eliminate them to ensure the organization operates in a safe and sustainable manner
- Risk Management Policies and Procedures - Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the organization
- Risk Identification and Assessment - Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks, and develop strategies to manage and mitigate these risks

- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
