**About the company**
Our client is a manufacturer and retailer of household brands. You will join a team of payroll professionals, with the distribution of work split amongst the different brands.
**About the role**
As part of a small payroll team, you will report to the Group Payroll Manager and be responsible for a sizeable payroll. You will be responsible for the verification of the payroll accuracy, identifying anomalies and handling payroll related enquiries. In addition, you will look after.
- Process a fortnightly and bi-monthly payroll
- Processing new hires and terminations
- Payment and reconciliation of PAYG
- STP reconciliation and lodgement
- Superannuation reconciliation and payments
- Process payroll journals and end of month Recs
- Maintain employee record files
- Assist with ad hoc projects and audits as required
**About you**
- End to end payroll experience for a larger payroll (both Australia and NZ preferred)
- Ability to interpret a variety of Awards
- High attention to detail
- You are customer service oriented and enjoy working as part of a team
