**Role Purpose**:
The purpose of the People and Culture Advisor is to support the People and Culture team in the smooth running of all elements in the employee life cycle. Providing advice and support to managers and staff in the areas of employee relations, industrial relations, and immigration to achieve continuous improvement in the group, and to assist your agencies to achieve their desired culture. The People and Culture Advisor also plays a role in the support on a number of identified projects for the wider Publicis Groupe.

**Key Outputs**:
**Employment Relations**
- Be the point of contact for ER issues, policy questions, escalating when necessary to agency P&C Business Partner
- Provide sound advice and support to teams and managers ensuring decisions are based on awareness of all associated people risks, and those issues are handled fairly and with due process
- Keep abreast of employment legislation to accurately guide managers and staff
- Assists with any agency restructures including preparation of paperwork for redundancies
- Champion of the probation process ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed and assists with any termination with probation meetings

**Onboarding/Induction/Exit**
- Ensures a smooth start for any new starters with all paperwork completed prior to start,
- Acting as the face of the organisation when welcoming new starters and completing the inductions
- Oversees the leaver process
- Conducting exit interviews & providing a summary of exit interviews and new starter check-ins, with suggestions on any steps to take
- Generate employment contracts and letters of offers

**Culture**
- Assists in the development and implementation of cultural events to help with retention and employee engagement

**Workplace Health and Safety**
- Champion of any agency workers’ compensation incidents, supported by the People and Culture Coordinator
- Proactive approach to suggesting amendments to any WHS policies

**Parental Leave**
- Manages the parental leave process including requests from people for information, liaising with payroll, managing Keeping in Touch Days, and the return from parental leave process

**Visa and Immigration**
- Acts as point of contact for any visa or immigration queries
- Supports the visa and permanent residency process
- Keeps up to date with immigration legislative changes

**Reporting**
- Assists with the following reports; WGEA, CSR, various salary surveys etc.
- Assists the People and Culture Business Partner with engagement survey reporting

**Administration**
- Provides accurate and timely administration support to the People and Culture team
- Ensures all necessary databases including Career Settings is updated with 48 hours of any changes occurring
- Ensures all data is correct and processed for the monthly payroll
- Regularly reviews the Policy books to ensure up to date and escalates any changes needed to the relevant person

**Projects**
- Provides support on assigned Publicis Groupe projects, delivering on necessary deadlines
- Provides support to the People and Culture Business Partners for any agency-specific initiatives

**Skills & Experience**
- 3-4 years experience in a HR role, specifically 1-2 years in an Advisor capacity
- Qualification in HR Management
- Knowledge of visas and immigration is a
