About the role
This is a full-time Sales Assistant role at Bundy Chop Shop, located in Bundaberg North QLD 4670. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the overall sales operations in a fast-paced retail butcher shop.
What you'll be doing
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers
- Processing sales transactions and cash handling
- Maintaining excellent stock control and merchandising standards
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Supporting store operations and contributing to a positive team environment
What we're looking for
- Enthusiasm and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
- Previous meat industry (Butcher Shop) experience is preferred but not essential
