As a Warehouse Officer you will have the skills to perform counter service and stock checks as determined by the Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor and in accordance with appropriate procedures and policies.
This role will also be required to perform general tasks including, telephone assistance and administrative duties within work area, as directed by the Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor therefore a calm and apporachable manner will be a requirement.
Key competencies (role specific criteria)
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:

- Knowledge of appropriate warehousing policy and/or procedures within a large organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in a warehouse environment, including goods receipting, dispatch storage and stock control.
- Experience in the use of an electronic stock management system such as S4Hana (SAP).
- Capacity to provide a high level of client service, including the ability to manage customer feedback in a professional manner.
- Ability to exercise good communication and interpersonal skills within a multi-disciplinary work environment.

Qualifications, registrations and other requirements
- It may be a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against one or more of the following vaccine preventable diseases during their employment (Health Employment Directive No. 01/16): measles, mumps, rubella (MMR),varicella (chicken pox),pertussis (whooping cough),hepatitis B

- While not mandatory, a Dangerous goods qualification would be highly regarded.
- Current Forklift licence not essential but preferred.
