Job Description

Desired Skills and Experience

As a Warehouse Administrator you will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse facility. This position report to the Operations Manager and is primarily responsible for supporting the administrative work of the supervisors, liaising with the logistics team, working on quality control checks, and collaborating with export and planning coordinators for export orders.

**What your day will look like**:

- Provide direct admin support to warehouse supervisors.
- Oversee the organisation and maintenance of pallets - ensuring they are all accounted for and in good condition.
- Accurately input and maintain data related to inventory levels, shipment tracking and other warehouse activities in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain physical and digital files, including archiving paperwork as necessary.
- Prepare and organise documents and records for external and internal audits.
- Perform daily quality control checks as required to ensure product quality and safety.
- Day shift position - commence at 5:00am and have the afternoon to yourself

**About you**:

- Prior experience in administration and/or warehousing in an FMCG/short-shelf life product environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly excel.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Great communication skills
- A team player who enjoys a good challenge and values quality.
