**Medical Admin Assistant - Immediate Start**
- $30-$33 per hour | Nedlands
- 5-week contract | Data & Admin Experience required

**Job Summary**: Embark on a 5-week full-time (7.5hrs a day) temp role as a Medical Admin Assistant in the vibrant healthcare setting of a renowned clinic in Nedlands. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the management of patient records and databases
- Schedule appointments and calendar management
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients
- Support billing and invoicing tasks and data entry

**Skills & Experience**:

- 3+ years' experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Be a self starter and able to problem solve
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred but not essential
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred
