**THE ROLE**
- Oversee, manage and deliver projects onsite from beginning to end
- Onsite management of all site resources including subcontractors, trades, staff and equipment
- Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of the project
- Carry out all Duratec HSEQ requirements including but not limited to safety audits, toolbox talks, quality ITPs, site coordination meetings etc
- Project progress reports for the Project Management team
- Fortnightly look ahead programs and tracking
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Liaise closely with the project team to ensure project runs to program

**ABOUT YOU**
- Ability to lead, plan for and manage onsite resources, including labour and equipment
- Experience in maintaining and promoting health and safety in the workplace
- Leadership qualities with ability to develop employees and build subcontractor site teams
- Clear and open communication to subcontractors and project stakeholders
- Site Supervisors licence
- Proactive Communicator
- Able to build and develop relationships to obtain the best project and company outcomes
- Trade certification and/or construction management qualifications
- Previous cladding or façade experience desirable but not essential.
