We are looking for a Customer Implementation Specialist to join our HubSpot team. We work flexibly and can accommodate remote working should you prefer to work from home. Our staff work across Australia at different locations and enjoy a close culture working collaboratively.
**About the role**:
The role will be a full-time six-month maternity cover contract with the potential to become a full-time employee at the end of the six months. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding customers through HubSpot software setup, training, and initial campaign planning. Our customers vary in size and industry, so we are looking for motivated team members who have strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, an interest in problem-solving, and the ability to manage a variety of projects.
**In this role you’ll get to**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for our customers to ensure a successful HubSpot implementation
- Drive product adoption by engaging with customers through strategic calls, consulting, workshops, and training
- Help customers complete the required technical setup in a timely manner
- Train and educate customers on how to effectively utilise HubSpot tools
- Begin to strategise and launch growth-oriented campaigns with your customers
- Improve and scale the HubSpot software setup process
- Manage and maintain internal systems and tools

**We are looking for people who**:

- Have great organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Can deliver product training via phone and web conference software
- Can build marketing campaigns, establish a customer feedback loop, set up CRMs and/or organise sales processes.
- Can research, troubleshoot, and solve complex software issues
- Understand customer journeys, sales processes, and customer lifecycles.

**Pluses but not essential**:

- Marketing knowledge for campaigns across social media platforms
