We are looking for a Finance Business Partner - Foods who will sit within the Foods & Refreshments Business Unit (BU) Team, partnering the Foods Business Team & Foods & Refreshments General Manager. This role reports to the ANZ Foods & Refreshments Finance Director. It will also be responsible for supporting, driving, influencing, and jointly delivering long term category strategies and short
- term performance against targets. The role requires strong relationships and influencing of the Foods Business Teams, the Finance Excellence Team, the regional Category team and the broader Finance community.

Role Responsibilities:
Mini CFO of the Foods division, delivering in year and 3-year strategy, in line with business targets.- Co-create a 3-5-year strategic category roadmap, to deliver sustainable growth, in line with global strategies- Support the IBP process in setting targets and cascading to the Business Team- Working with Business Team to ensure robust plans are in place to deliver targets- Deliver ongoing robust forecasts and the identification of risks and opportunities to close gaps throughout the year- Prioritising innovation roadmap and using internal and external data points and innovation post evaluations, drive the right NPD choices.- Provide analytical and commercial input and positive challenge into key Business Team decisions, and pro-actively identify opportunities and solutions to deliver the category strategy- Lead plans to deliver Gross Margin targets using Net Revenue Management strategies, and cost model optimisation and efficiency opportunities- Improve the financial acumen of key non-Finance business partners.

Does this sound like You- Chartered Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, CA) or MBA qualified with 2+ years’ experience.- Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail- Problem-solving skillset. Proactive and passionate.- Entrepreneurial mindset to deliver growth opportunities.- Strong business partnering skills.- Previous Marketing Commercial Finance / Business Partnering experience preferred.
