About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager T&C Institutional and the Head of T&C Enablement. This opportunity will suit someone who is highly organised and can thrive in fast-paced, constantly changing environments. You can juggle competing priorities and different agendas and build collaborative relationships with your stakeholders and are energised when things need to quickly change.

**Role Type**: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract, Full time (40 hours/week)
**Role Location**: Melbourne CBD
What will your day look like?
**Your key priorities and responsibilities include**:
Executive diary management - proactive management of diary (internal and external meetings), help to prioritise meetings and manage stakeholder expectation.
Inbox management - as required.
Document management - ensuring all documents are sent and received prior to key meetings e.g. Leadership/Exco meetings and at times supporting the development of papers and presentations which may require aspects of managing and analysing data.
Business management support activity - including invoice management, resolving and escalating queries as required and ensuring payments are made accurately and on time
Travel management - inclusive of flights, transfers, visas and accommodation bookings, ensuring cost effectiveness is maintained/monitored at all times.
Expense management - reconciliation of Executive monthly expenses, ensuring the receipt and payment of invoices align to expense policy and ensuring all expenses are coded correctly and meeting deadline.
Floor management - keep up to date Property system to reflect changes e.g. team relocations.
Relationship management - building relationships with peers and other relevant stakeholders.
Organising off sites/team events - ensuring all requirements are met and Policies are followed.
Support team cadence and ways of working - including planning team meeting, managing agendas, managing actions and supporting with team sprint planning.
Effectively communicating and engaging with stakeholders, putting employee experience and values at the heart of what you do and in line with ANZ behaviours.
Discretion - the ability to exercise foresight and discretion in supporting leader and the team and an ability to treat confidential information with sensitivity

Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise management requirements.

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in an accurate and timely manner, with the ability to reprioritise work to meet changing demands.
Experience in managing events and providing support at senior levels of an organisation.
