**ABOUT THIS ROLE**

We are currently looking for a FIC Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This varied role will take responsibility for the continued FIC requirements on a range of Air Defence platforms that are being introduced into service.

A strong background in Defence will ensure your success in the role. You will be well supported in the role by a great team and will also have the ability to continue to develop and grow your own career with Jacobs.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Plan and identify relevant FIC implications
- Manage engineering services to bring the project to fruition
- Liaise with management, staff, customers, contractors, and other organisations.
- Conduct reviews on contractors and make recommendations for improvements
- Contribute to other projects as required by providing expert advice
- Ensure transfer of knowledge to the rest of the team

**What sort of skills do I need?**
- Demonstrated experience in a Defence environment
- Project Management background including any relevant qualifications
- High level attention to detail
- Experience with ITAR/US Export Technology highly desirable
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Hold or have the ability to gain and maintain and NV1 security clearance
