Transport Scheduler

The Role

Globally, Aggreko is experiencing some exciting changes, driving a massive focus on customer experience and building of operational efficiencies. As such, our Logistics team are looking for an exceptional Transport scheduler, one who is highly motivated, loves a challenge and willing to go that extra mile.

Working within a team of 5 you will be responsible for all things transport. Our transport team work to high standards for our customers to ensure expectations are met each and every time. You will be a logical thinker who loves to solve difficult problems with effective solutions and a strong sense of urgency. You are also a multi-tasker who works hard to get things done with mínimal fuss, taking ownership of your day to day. Communication will be key in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering daily activities for our customers transport needs
- Mobilisation and de-mobilisation / delivery of equipment and material to all new and existing project sites across defined territories, ensure submission of necessary documentation and update relevant systems and databases.
- On time delivery to our customers
- Quality and timely communication to internal stakeholders
- Creation of cost efficient and optimised transport plans
- Strict Safety adherence as a key priority for our business, employees, customers and contractors
- Ensure compliance to Aggreko procedures including ISO/ Internal/ External/ PLC Audits

Experience in International Logistics is an advantage but not essential.
