**Restaurant Associates are a team of world class hospitality and fine-cuisine professionals, delivering contemporary food solutions and service across leading corporations and iconic venues all across Australia.**

We are looking for a Receptionist who will be responsible for coordinating our guest services team in Melbourne. This role will see you juggling multiple projects, understanding the scope of the contracts we are managing and providing a professional, polite and efficient reception service to our clients and guests. This Monday to Friday salaried position would be perfect for someone wishing to transition from hotel reception shift work or someone with background in Concierge or a previous guest services type role. These roles are based with our financial, IT and insurance clients in the Melbourne CBD.

**Key duties**
- First point of contact, to provide professional and welcoming style of service to customers and clients
- Ensure the Reception Area and meeting rooms are professionally presented at all times.
- Book meeting rooms and facilitate booking updates as required
- Diary management, mail distribution and general administrative duties
- Support to the catering team on occasion

**The Person**
- Experienced in a comparable client service/corporate environment
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office, calendar and diary management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- A genuine sense of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering platinum service
- Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
- Current COVID Vaccinations are a mandatory requirement for this role
- Australian Residency or Citizenship status is a mandatory requirement for these roles.
