**Role**

As the Production Support Analyst, you will control all changes to production schedules across all platforms. This will include designing and maintaining scheduling solutions, automation, providing first level support to our outsourced provider, disaster recovery batch testing and other general operational tasks.

**Important to your success**
- Good knowledge of scheduling software such as Control-M Workload Automation, Control-M, Control-T, Control-D, Control-O
- Good knowledge of JCL & IBM Utilities
