The Domestic Payments team is a critical part of the Payments Domain.

As a Product Analyst you will play a pivotal role within the Domestic Product Management team, contributing to the on-going management and development of Domestic Payments products including PayTo, PayID and NPP as well as the support and oversight of underlying Product processes.

You will report into a Domestic Product Manager in the team.

**Do work that matters**

In delivering on your responsibilities and working in collaboration with the wider Domestic Product team your skills will be instrumental to achieve the team’s goal to drive and deliver on our Product Roadmap while ensuring the Products are managed effectively through their life cycles. You will also leverage your stakeholder management skills to educate, inform and influence in order to obtain desired outcomes. In addition you will utilise your investigation and analytics skills to provide data-driven insights and inform on Product decisions.

**Responsibilities**
- Support with Product Management activities, include core product management deliverables, taking the opportunity to own and improve processes where possible
- Assist with Change Management requirements to continuously improve the product offering and processes to uplift the overall customer experience
- Support development of product roadmap and/or development of new product features to address an identified market need, opportunity or industry obligation
- Liaise with our business and technical stakeholders to understand prioritisation and drive delivery timelines or required outcomes
- Assist with end-to-end Product team deliverables, which includes customer journey mapping, addressing risks, compliance, or customer experience requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills - ability to negotiate, influence and represent on behalf of the Product team
- Perform Analyst tasks required for variety of reporting, investigation, complaint/risk management, and other insight gathering activities
- Assist with monitoring the marketplace while paying particular attention to competitors

**Qualifications & Experience required**
- Values driven with great CAN do attitude who enhances teams culture
- Willingness to learn new things and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritise and work autonomously
- Pro-active self-starter
- Prior experience in product management or relevant Analyst experience.
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Ideally has prior experience of payment products, policy and systems (including our channels), and broader payments industry
