Make a difference as a Production Support Analyst

Your Role
As a Production Support Analyst for ROLLiN, you'll be at the heart of maintaining and enhancing system reliability across a cutting-edge, multi-cloud SaaS ecosystem. You'll be the technical anchor ensuring seamless operations and rapid incident response, combining hands-on expertise with strategic oversight to detect, diagnose, and resolve issues with precision and speed.

Embedded in a high-performing, collaborative team, you'll champion continuous service improvement, reduce operational risk, and elevate business performance through proactive monitoring, expert-level troubleshooting, and strong stakeholder engagement.

As the primary contact of ROLLiN's production environment, you'll connect technical operations with business outcomes—ensuring system stability while empowering growth in a fast-paced, digitally driven insurance landscape.

This is a permanent position with flexibility to be based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne)⁠ or Meanjin (Brisbane)⁠. 

About You

• You have hands-on experience in technical support, business analysis, and issue-driven project management, with a knack for navigating complex challenges.

• You're passionate about data—both qualitative and quantitative—and thrive on transforming insights into impactful actions.

• A natural communicator, you speak the language of engineering, data, design, and operations, and know how to bring cross-functional teams together to drive fast, effective resolutions.

• You're familiar with tools like JIRA and ServiceNow, and use them to streamline workflows and enhance team collaboration.

• You've worked with SaaS platforms like Salesforce and AWS, and understand how to leverage them for operational excellence.

• You're experienced in cross-functional environments, collaborating with full-time staff, contractors, vendors, suppliers, and systems integrators to deliver seamless outcomes. You're eager to learn about new technologies look at ways to leverage for an enhanced customer experience
