**Your new role**
- Draft and coordinate Executive & Senior Leadership papers, presentations, reports, meeting agenda and minutes, correspondence and matters for attention in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage, maintain and continuously improve electronic and manual administrative systems.
- Analyse enquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in diary management/taking minutes/calendar management.
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt
- Manage multiple priorities
