**Core Purpose**: As a Service Administrator, you will provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the branch. You will liaise with various departments and personnel both on and off-site to facilitate smooth business processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute all administrative duties for the branch with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Raise customer service orders and update the Service Schedule accordingly.
- Manage purchase orders and ensure all costs are captured before billing.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation services in line with company policies.
- Prepare and coordinate reports as required.
- Support team functions and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Manage technician requests, including leave and clothing requests.
- Oversee labour management and timesheet submissions for technicians.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Awareness of Workplace Health & Safety, Environment, Quality, and EEO legislation.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience with SAP.
- Basic desktop publishing skills.
