Safety
Ensure all risks are considered when making changes to the supply chain by following the defined Management of Change process.

**Compliance**: Production (ANZ)
Ensure paperwork and physical records are available for audit requirements.
Interpretation of reports by finance and ensuring production teams are meeting compliance requirements.
Escalation point for compliance non-conformances between functions.

**Compliance**: Stores (ANZ)
Ensure paperwork and physical records are available for audit requirements.
Interpretation of reports by finance and ensuring stores teams are meeting compliance requirements.
Ensure best practices are adopted across sites. Key responsibilities are:
**Compliance**: 3PL (AU)
Participate 3PL cycle counts and ensure compliance in line with Service level Agreement and Audit requirements.
Ensure paperwork and physical records are available for audit requirements.

**Compliance**: Sub-contractors (ANZ)
Ensures compliance of sub-contractors as per corporate guidelines and audit requirement.
Production Statistics Supervision (ANZ)
Overseeing activities performed by ANZ production clerk as they relate to production statistics.
Ensure investigation occurs relating to inaccurate production statistics with troubleshooting and training as required.
Continuous Improvement (CI) (ANZ)
Lead implementation and Lead Training of Global Initiatives within ANZ Region (ABC Cycle Count) What are we looking for in you?
5-7 years’ experience in an Inventory Role
SAP working knowledge.
High level of competence in Microsoft Excel.
Comfortable in interacting with Senior Managers
Good presentations skills.
Advanced problem-solving capability.
Developing skills in Business Acumen.
Ability to influence across business and at levels at, above or below own role.
