Are you a strategic finance leader ready to make a regional impact? We're looking for a Regional Finance Director to lead financial operations for our Food vertical across Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) and South Asia. This is a high-visibility role overseeing the full P&L, driving performance, and enabling growth in a dynamic $400M business.

• Lead Financial Strategy – Own planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the region
• Drive Performance – Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability
• Evaluate Investments – Build capital plans and assess ROI for strategic initiatives
• Partner with the Business – Influence cross-functional teams and advise senior leaders
• Deliver Insights – Present financial reports and KPIs to executive stakeholders
• Ensure Compliance – Strengthen controls and enhance financial processes
• Develop Talent – Mentor and grow a high-performing finance team
• Shape Strategy – Contribute to long-term planning and investment decisions

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CMA preferred)
• 10+ years in finance roles within multinational or regional organizations
• Strong commercial and/or supply chain finance experience
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Proven leadership across diverse, multi-country teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in tools like OneStream, Hyperion, SAP, Power BI, and Excel
