**The Opportunity**
At Gallagher, our customers are our inspiration and the focus of all our decisions and actions. The Customer Service (Support) team plays a crucial role in helping us achieving customer success - from the first point of contact with our customers, right through the duration of their experience with support delivery.
We have a great opportunity for someone with a keen interest in electronics and/or Agricultural Technology to join theteam and help us surpass the expectations of our resellers and customers every day. This is a hybrid role that will see you building strong relationships with our customers(both existing and future) by identifying their pain points, solving problems and guiding them through their customer support journey.
**The Fit**
- Strong relationship skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life - whether they be farmers, territory managers, or logistics people.
- Customer service experience, with a focus on customer-centric language.
- Strong hands-on mechanical and/or electronic skills.
- The technical ability to handle simple electronics and software issues.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, and experience with SAP (or similar ERP system).
- The ability to define and document best practice process and develop work instructions.
- A willingness to work in a team environment, curiosity and a “can do” attitude.
- To be ready to join an organisation that’s passionate about improving farm life for our customers, their livestock and the land they’re working on day to day.
