Are you a skilled technician seeking a challenging role in customer support?
We are actively looking for an ICT Support Technician to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.
In this role, you will provide essential technical assistance and guidance in the deployment and maintenance of computer infrastructure.
Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving technical problems directly impacting clients' engineering and product development success.
Key Responsibilities:- Responding to inquiries and providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for software and hardware problems.
- Providing timely resolution of user issues and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Determining software and hardware requirements to provide effective solutions to client issues.
- Diagnosing, identifying, and resolving system problems and user-reported issues related to software functionality, data access, and workflows.
- Installing, downloading, and configuring system infrastructure, ensuring efficient use of applications and equipment.
- Liaising with users and senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering or Information Technology.
- Demonstrated experience in software support, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in implementation and support, specifically with Siemens Teamcenter.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software, particularly Solid Edge Portfolio and NX Portfolio for Design.
- In-depth knowledge of PLM modules including Requirement Management, Change Management, BOM Management, and MCAD Integration.
- Technical skills including TCL, VB.NET, HTML.
