Are you a skilled technical professional looking for a challenging role in customer support? We are seeking an ICT Support Technician to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

In this role, you will provide essential support, education, and guidance in the deployment and maintenance of clients' computer infrastructure. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical problems, directly contributing to clients' engineering and product development success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Responding to inquiries and providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for PLM, CAM, and CAD software and hardware problems.
  • Providing support to clients for Siemens PLM solutions, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Determining software and hardware requirements to provide effective solutions to client issues.
  • Diagnosing, identifying, and resolving system problems and user-reported issues related to software functionality, data access, and workflows to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Installing, downloading, and configuring PLM system infrastructure, including applications like Teamcenter and its integrations.
  • Developing and conducting user training sessions and creating clear technical documentation, such as procedural and operational guides.
  • Liaising with users and senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in PLM software support, with a minimum of X years in a relevant role.
  • Proven expertise in PLM implementation and support, especially with Siemens Teamcenter (Rich Client, Active Workspace, BMIDE).
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software, including Solid Edge and NX portfolios, as well as Rhino.
  • In-depth knowledge of PLM modules like Requirement Management, Change Management, BOM Management, and MCAD Integration.
  • Technical skills including TCL, VB.NET, HTML.
What We Offer:

An annual salary package of $80,000 - $90,000 plus bonus and superannuation.
