**Project Support Officer - NSW Government**
- Wollongong location/hybrid
- Hybrid role
- $45.93ph + super
- Full time, Monday to Friday
- **Immediate start**:

- 6 month initial contract with view to extend

This large Government organisation requires a Project Support Officer with outstanding administration skills, offering a supportive environment with working flexibility.

**Your day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Provide secretarial and executive support
- Effective and accurate stakeholder communication
- Coordinate appointments, travel, conferences and seminars
- Review and track incoming correspondence such as Briefing Notes and Ombudsman Enquiries to determine appropriate actions and escalate when necessary
- Provide support in respect to financial administration, compiling reports and preparation of documentation
- Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required to ensure the provision of accurate information

**Skills and experience**:

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to make decisions and prioritise tasks
- Fast learner and ability to take initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated administration experience
- Previous experience in a similar role or in a Government organisation is ideal but not essential
