Maple & Wattle is seeking a dynamic and passionate in-house Digital Media Strategist to lead integrated campaigns, drive brand awareness, and manage our social media communities.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Digital Strategy**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, digital algorithm changes, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to seize new marketing opportunities. Continuously identify ways to enhance our Shopify website and optimise online sales performance.
- Analyze marketing metrics to refine strategies and improve return on investment (ROI). Utilize data-driven approaches to enhance digital activity and campaign performance continually.

**Social Media Channels**
- Plan, organize, and oversee the creation of high-quality social media content that informs, entertains, and converts. Ensure alignment with our strategy, tone, and style across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Aim to reach target markets, generate consumer awareness, and effectively drive sales.
- Create engaging and visually captivating promotional content using tools like Canva to edit graphics and videos, enhancing audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive content library, including user-generated content material.
- Analyse consumer patterns and preferences to predict trends and craft compelling content. Innovate and evaluate marketing opportunities to generate fresh content and promote brand exposure through social media.
- Plan, publish, monitor, and respond to inquiries across social media platforms, ensuring timely and engaging interactions with our audience.

**REQUIREMENTS/ Qualifications & experience**
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Meta paid advertising, demonstrating a track record of improving sales
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, with experience buying media and managing campaigns with budgets exceeding 30k.
- Extensive expertise in Shopify and Klaviyo strategic planning and implementation.
- Proven ability to scale followers, social traffic, and revenue through effective strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of analyzing digital performance metrics, generating reports, and providing actionable insights for campaign optimisation.
- Familiarity with other paid channels such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads is advantageous.
- Expertise in setting up Google Tag Manager for advanced tracking and analytics.
- In-depth knowledge of digital and social media trends, including proficiency in scheduling and analytical tools, to maintain forward-thinking marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in photography and editing, with experience using Canva for content creation.

- Proficient in copywriting and proofreading, with the ability to manage workload independently while ensuring accuracy and consistency
