We currently have an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as **Team Leader within our Digital Services team.**

**The Role - A Day in the Life of a Team Leader**

As a Team Leader you will assist the Digital Services Manager to lead staff within the Digital Services Team to ensure adherence to contractual guidelines and operational budgets to achieve ETC’s agreed targets as set by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) and the WAS DEED.

**Your Key Responsibilities will include;**
- Assist the Digital Services Manager with strategic activities to retain and enhance contracts in each Employment Region (ER)
- Support the Digital Services team to deliver services to customers through a digital platform by referring to internal training courses and vacancies.
- Provide supervision and support to the Digital Services Team.
- Effective referring and monitoring job seekers to meet compliance requirements and contractual requirements are met.

**Criteria for Success**
- Ability to interpret various guidelines and work within frameworks.
- Proven leadership skills and experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- A high level of computer literacy
- A passion for helping others
- A recent, clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
