We currently have an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as **Customer Contact Centre Operator within our Digital Services team.**

**The Role - A Day in the Life of a Customer Contact Centre Operator**

As a Customer Contact Centre Operator you will ensure all job seekers who contact ETC’s 1800 number receive excellent customer service and receive the highest quality response rate.

Your Key Responsibilities will include;
- Providing high level personalised support and service to our customers
- Actively promoting ETC’s services to local industry, employers and jobseekers
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments for job seekers
- Maintaining spreadsheets and assisting other areas with administration and project work as required

**Criteria for Success**
- Customer service skills and/or experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- A high level of computer literacy
- A passion for helping others
- A recent, clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
