As our Service Advisor, you will be:

- Providing top notch guest services and guest experiences
- Determining customer requirements and assisting in the selection of solutions
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
- Processing orders, invoices and payments
- Liaising with customers, sales representatives and service technicians to determine repair and service timelines.
- Arranging loan vehicles for customers
- Operating specialized automotive dealership management software
- A passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.
- Mechanical knowledge and or experience, highly regarded.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to building a successful career & career longevity.
- Outstanding attention to detail and production of quality work
