- Due to continued success and growth, we have an exciting opportunity to progress your career within the Marine/Tourism & Hospitality Industry. The YOT Group are now seeking a creative Social Media and Content Marketing Executive/Manager to join the team.**About The Role**

We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is looking to take the next step in their marketing career and grow within the business. This role would suit someone who is passionate about social media and content marketing, possesses the ability to think creatively outside the box, be able to manage content creation efficiently and are always looking at new ways to engage our customers and showcasing unique guest experiences.
- Social Media- Develop industry-leading social media strategies as part of the wider marketing strategy
- Manage YOT Club and Crystal Blue Yacht Charters social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest
- Research and keep up-to-date with social media trends, exploring new opportunities
- Liaise with the Social Media Ads agency to ensure alignment between paid and organic social media and coordinate content required for paid campaigns
- Create and analyse monthly social media reports for the Marketing Manager to review and continuously monitor social media performance and recommend new creative ideas for improvements.

Content Management- Managing content creation to showcase our world-class guest experience, exploring and recommending new creative and engaging opportunities
- Creating engaging copywriting for all marketing communications
- Day to day management, creative briefing and sourcing content creators, photographers, videographers and graphic designers
- Co-ordinating photo and video shoots and content production
- Managing the content production budget.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Extensive experience in managing social media accounts
- The ability to create engaging social media content
- Well developed video editing skills
- Photography and photo editing skills
- Experience in briefing content creators and editors
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong creativity and ability to generate new ideas

**Preferable, But Not Essential**
- Experience in Adobe CC, Hubspot, Sprout Social and Wordpress
- Graphic design skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year**Benefits**

- Social Media & Content Marketing: 3 years (required)
