**The role**:
We currently have a permanent Full time position available for an Early Childhood Educator Educational Leader/Room Leader.

**What we are looking for**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Teaching or studying towards Bachelor’s in early childhood teaching.
- Ability to lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence
- Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrate practical knowledge in delivering a high-quality planning cycle, curriculum and linking to the National Quality Framework
- Proven ability to support your team in the development of documentation on children’s learning
- Ability to create and maintain a friendly, secure and stimulation learning environment while fostering strong positive work relationship with your team, families, and children
- Holds a valid First Aid certificate and Working With Children Check

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
