**About the Centre**

Oak Tree Early Learning Centre is a family owned and operated 29 place centre located at Sylvania, NSW.

We are a small boutique service catering to children aged from birth to six years.

We are a small friendly service with a wonderful family atmosphere who have been operating for ten years.

**About the Roles**

We are seeking to fill a number of roles.

**Early Childhood Teacher/Educational Leader**

You respsonsibilities will include:

- To deliver an innovative and inclusive educational program forthe children in the Evergreen room which caters for children aged 3-5yrs
- Deliver a School Readiness program
- Record children's learning and development
- Mentor other educators

Liaise and communicate with families

**Diploma/Room Leader**

Your respnsibilities will include:

- To deliver an innovative and inclusive educationalprogram for the chldren in the Acorn room which caters for children aged 0-2yrs
- Record children's learning and development

Liaise and communicate with families

**Essential Requirements**
- Must have completed or a minimum of 50% of their Bachelors of Education Birth toFive Years (as recognised by ACECQA)
- Must have completed or a minimum of 50% of their Diploma in Children's Services (as recognised by ACECQA)
- Have a sound undertsanding of Early Years Learning Framework
- Knowledge of relevant policies, standards and requirements
- Hold a current First Aid, Anaphylaxis ad Asthma certificates
- Current WWCC
- Understanding of current hild Protection Legislation and hold a current Child Protection training qualification
