**Food & Beverage Attendants - Available Roles Across Conference & Events and Restaurant Operations**

We’re on the lookout for passionate hospitality pros with friendly vibes, and sharp service skills - ready to jump behind the bar, own the floor, and help create unforgettable guest experiences across Q Station’s **Boilerhouse Restaurant and Conference & Events spaces.**

**The Opportunity**

These casual roles will have you working across a mix of venues and service styles - from the world of conferencing to the experience of premium dining. You’ll get a true taste of everything Q Station has to offer, with a supportive team, unbeatable views, and a workplace as unique as the guests who walk through our doors.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Greeting and seating guests with a warm, welcoming energy
- Taking orders and delivering food & drinks with speed, style, and accuracy
- Mixing, shaking, and pouring behind the bar (if that’s your thing)
- Making recommendations and upselling with confidence
- Keeping tables cleared, stations tidy, and everything guest-ready
- Helping with set-up and pack-down of shifts, events, and functions
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation, and safety
- Supporting your teammates - we’re big on backing each other up

**What You’ll Need**
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, café or events (or all four)
- Confident customer service skills and a genuine love for hospitality
- A current **RSA and** **Food Handler Certificate** (or willing to obtain)
- Availability to work **weekdays, evenings, and weekends** - the usual hospo dance
- A professional, positive, and people-focused attitude
- Able to keep cool under pressure and move quickly on your feet
- Comfortable with the physical demands of working across our multi-outlet venue, set on a 33-hectare site
- Bonus points if you’ve got cocktail or barista skills

Pay: $31.23 - $62.45 per hour
